We Handle Your Warmer Kiwi Homes Application
The Warmer Kiwi Homes programme offers substantial government subsidies for ceiling and underfloor insulation installations throughout New Zealand, making it affordable for homeowners to upgrade their properties. This government-funded initiative aims to improve housing quality, reduce energy poverty, and help families stay warm and healthy during the winter months. Eligible homeowners can receive funding of 50-90% of the total cost of ceiling and underfloor insulation. In some areas, the cost to you may be even lower.
As approved Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidy providers, we handle the entire application process from start to finish, removing the hassle and paperwork burden from you. Our experienced team checks your eligibility, completes all necessary documentation, submits your application to the relevant authorities, and manages communication throughout the approval process. We ensure your insulation meets all programme requirements, including minimum R-value standards and technical specifications, so you can be confident your installation will be approved.
Our team stays current with all available funding options to help you maximise your savings and make insulation affordable.

“It’s been a pleasure working with you [Sandra] and Chris. You’re a dynamic team.”
Rob, Builderscrack
I have been on the phone with Chris a couple of times concerning issues regarding the installation and he was really helpful, taking the time to explain what was the issue and what needs to be resolved before he can complete the job. It has been easy to reschedule jobs with you and I’m really thankful for your flexibility.
