I connected with insulation tech through one of their social media advertisements. They were very quickly in contact and Lisa was on site within a couple of days. We accepted their quote and Lisa was back again seven days later to install the moisture barrier. Lisa was a delight to deal with and she alone installed the moisture barrier. She was fast and efficient and did an amazing job. Super impressed with the service and the product delivered. Would highly recommend this company.

Good advice about bringing insulation up to code and our access to the EECA subsidy, along with a prompt and clear quote. The installation was completed very promptly, with install techs removing all rubbish and cleaning up after themselves. Much appreciated. Communications could be improved by following their own protocols, but overall very happy with the service and would recommend.

Originally thought this was a scam - just seemed way to good to be true - but boy was I wrong! INSULATION TECH IS NOT A SCAM AND THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL! I cannot recommend them enough. Phillip was absolutely lovely, highly professional and explained everything to me as he assessed our house and took our details. Turns out we qualified for 90% discount for a full ceiling and under floor insulation installation!!!! All this time we thought we had ceiling insulation but turns out it wasn't up to scratch! From the outset communication was fast and clear, Chris came to do the assessment and advised what was needed and we went from there.
