Best Ways To Keep Your Wellington Home Healthy and Dry
CEILING INSULATION FOR NEW BUILDS
We specialise in ceiling insulation installation for new residential builds throughout the Wellington region, using premium Premier Insulation Earthwool and Mammoth polyester products. Our experienced installers ensure your new Wellington home meets Healthy Homes Standards and Building Code requirements from the start.
UNDERFLOOR INSULATION
Underfloor insulation is essential for Wellington homes, where cold southerlies and harbour winds can make floors uncomfortable. We install underfloor insulation in existing Wellington properties where access permits (concrete ring foundations or accessible subfloors). Our premium polyester insulation products resist moisture and provide long-lasting thermal protection.
GROUND INSULATION
Wellington’s proximity to the harbour and high rainfall mean ground moisture is a common issue. Our ground moisture barrier installation protects your underfloor space from dampness, mould, and condensation, creating a healthier environment in your Wellington home.
Our customer feedback!
Great service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The insulation was installed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend them to others.

We had Insulation Tech install insulation in our home. Chris and Clinton had the job completed in two hours while Sandra, back at the office, promptly provided a quote, responded to our various questions and organised the job. We are very happy with the service and results overall.
